Job Overview: Regent Strategic Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to support enterprise-scale projects from ideation to execution. This hybrid role is based in Mountain View, CA, and demands a highly motivated candidate who excels in product operations, analytics, and AI enablement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic liaison between Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure product readiness, alignment, and performance across workflows.
  • Drive end-to-end project delivery, applying TPM-style operational rigor to manage timelines, roadmaps, and release cycles.
  • Build and manage dashboards, analytics tools, and SQL queries to support metrics tracking and decision-making.
  • Support organizational planning efforts including budgeting, workforce planning, MBRs/QBRs, and leadership presentations.
  • Assist in change management strategies for rollout of new features and support processes.
  • Develop and deliver clear product documentation: roadshow decks, user guides, GTM (Go-To-Market) collateral.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Technical Product Management
  • Proficiency in AI Enablement and tools that support machine learning initiatives
  • SQL and dashboard development experience
  • Exceptional ownership and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Demonstrated knowledge of release cycles, GTM readiness, and performance measurement frameworks

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience driving complex projects in large enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability through data and documentation
